I started this blog in 2017 after realizing that my passion for a healthy lifestyle should be shared. Life circumstances have led to the realization that my health should be taken more seriously and although I always had an awareness for “being healthy”, at this point in life, I’ve set a goal for a real change. It’s not about eating greens, going to the gym, and weighing myself daily. For me it’s a change in mindset.
I live a healthier life now and with it a better understanding, respect and value for what I’m nourishing my body with. Be it food, exercise or lowering my stress levels.
